Cavendish Hepburn runs as a global executive career management company. The company is headed up by Cate Dickinson Byrne and Ian Hellibron. The management team has wealth of experience working at C-Suite level for national and international companies.
The company has a solid and structured network of contacts. They are able to use these head hunters and researchers effectively when placing candidates.
When Sentio was approached by Cate Dickinson Byrne we were asked to create a brand that would give a strong professional image and longevity in the recruitment sector. We were also asked to create all the marketing assets the company would require launching in to this market:
Sentio delivered all marketing assets for the team on time and budget.
As this was a new business, we had to make sure that we had all the information from the client before we started. Budget, colours, fonts look and feel of companies they liked.
Sentio set to work with the branding. We met with the client and took the brief to establish all the relevant information. We created proofs for logos and also printed dummy business cards so the client could see the look and feel of various logos/fonts and colours. Once the brand was chosen we could move forward and create the brand guidelines.
Our Creative director and web designer worked closely together to establish the brand and deliver the website using colours and fonts and images that the client felt relevant to their look and feel for their brand.
In conjunction with this work we also produced the business cards and corporate brochure which were designed by our graphic designer using the brand guidelines.
Cavendish Hepburn now have strong brand to move their business forward, but most importantly the client believes this to be true. They have continued to work with Sentio over the past few years and we have just updated their website again.
