Energy Management LLP

Energy Management LLP is an energy and water procurement business for businesses nationally. Gary Weston founded Energy Management and his many years of industry experience could helpfully guide others through the energy procurement minefield. The company quickly grew, and Energy Management is now at the forefront of the energy management industry.

The aim is to keep the company moving forward and growing sales. The founder is still involved with the business but, now a new CEO has taken over and was and is keen to keep the business moving forward.

Key objectives for Energy Management LLP

Sentio had previously worked with the CEO in another company and it seemed a natural process to invite Sentio to work with Energy Management LLP

We were asked to focus on the key areas:

  • To design and deliver on the production of the corporate brochure. This entailed a new look to company marketing assets and the brand
  • Sentio acted swiftly after our fist consultation; we were asked to deliver on the design, production and implementation of new exhibition stand, marketing brochure and other promotional items
  • We set to work setting the text with carefully chosen imagery and creating a style through consultation with the client
  • This was then replicated through the design of the exhibition stand so we made sure all the branding was matched and in line with guidelines
  • All marketing assets were delivered on time for a national exhibition at the NEC
  • Sentio is now marketing agency appointed to produce marketing design and print for Energy Management LLP

Sentio’s approach and delivery

As we had previously worked with the CEO at another company it was easy to understand what he required in such a short delivery time. We took the brief and then set to work with delivery of the marketing.

Our approach is always to build a critical path, so all parties are aware of time and deliverables. We worked with the management team and presented styles and different printing options to help them understand what we could offer.

The critical path meant we could make sure we kept and delivered on all the KPIs, so the deadline was not missed.

Key outcomes delivered to Energy Management LLP

We met with all the key objectives and delivered marketing assets that the client was delighted to use at exhibitions and conferences. The sales and marketing brochure was and is a step up from previous marketing brochures/leaflets.

  • Through our previous work we could show the client styles and techniques that were innovative and creative to help engage their clients and help Energy Management LLP stand out from the competition
  • We now regularly update the brochures for print and online use
  • The exhibition stand is regularly used for promoting the company at shows and exhibitions and images are often posted online

The client is delighted with their marketing and they use these products daily in the business to help secure sales and build the brand awareness.
