The charity was set up with two points in mind to raise awareness and funds for a chosen charity and ask people who would not normally think of boxing to take part and get fit!
The Boxing Experience took the model of white collar boxing as explained below:
White-collar boxing has its beginnings at Gleason’s Gym in New York City in 1988. The first contest was held between Dr Richard Novak, an attorney, and Dr David Lawrence, who held a Phd in English Literature. After the contest the two gentlemen went to dinner to celebrate the birth of a new sport. Since then White-Collar Boxing has been the fastest growing corporate contact sport in the world.
When we met with George, he had a specific requirement and budget set up ready for the work to be created. George also had a “tight” deadline to achieve the launch of the event and the website.
George wanted the brand to look professional, high end and attract business professionals to take part. The main aim, as we mentioned was to raise funds for a chosen charity and this has been achieved for the last two years. Coupled with a fitness plan created by a team of sports professionals the charity has created a sound platform to move the charity forward.
We were asked to create the following marketing assets:
We had worked with George previously on two other projects, so we were able to work closely with him again to achieve his goals.
Firstly, we met with George and created the brief for the marketing creation and delivery. The marketing plan was set out and we started the work. The first set of work was to create the brand, fonts, and style guide.
The next project was the design and build of the website. Were able to use a chosen template which we asked George to choose from. Our web designer quickly set to work creating the fresh and easy to use website for George.
Visually and graphically rich the website is easy to navigate around and has updated images from events added by the client.
We continued to work with George in producing printed assets such as leaflets, posters and social media banners.
The Boxing Experience has a set of marketing assets that are easily recognisable and suitable for their requirements. The client is delighted with the end products and we met all the deadlines and budget requirements.
